The Management trainee has to be multi skilled and techno commercial. He has to be efficient in sales, HR admin as well as finance. He has to function the SBU which has been assigned to him. He has to manage the sales team, understand the recruiting, training as well as competency mapping.



LEVEL 1- SALES AND MARKETING: (DEALING WITH CORPORATE BUSINESSES, COMPANIES AND INSTITUTIONS ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT.



LEVEL2- HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: TEAM TRAINING AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT (TRAINING AND DEVELOPING NEW CANDIDATES RECRUITED BY THE COMPANY).

LEVEL 3- CLIENT AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT: (MANAGING THE OFFICE INFRASTRUCTURE, MARKETING TEAMS AND CLIENT .
