# The Market Segment Manager (MSM) designs and recommends marketing and communications strategies and plans and orchestrates execution activities.
# MSMs identify and recommend attractive and addressable market segments, and establish portfolio and sales play priorities. In collaboration with Sales leaders and other M&C functions.
# MSMs develop Marketing and Go-to-Market strategies. They recommend actions to drive performance in their market/ region and establish objectives for Go-to-Market Plans, including Routes-to-Market, Market conditioning, Demand generation and sales plays and offerings
# MSMs develop and orchestrate the execution of the their regional Marketing/ Business Plan.
# MSMs assume accountability for business results with specific focus on future quarter pipeline for the business unit.
