1) To conduct field work to Understand Market, Doctor Insight, Competitor Activities and Internal Field force Strategy Implementation and In-clinic Effectiveness.
2) To Design various product strategies & analyze market research for the successful launch of product in the market.
3) To prepare product budgets & contributing for the cost effectiveness of the same.
4) To design and execute various briefing sessions & training programmes for the field force.
5) To analyze the performance of various field regions on monthly basis & working out strategies to improve the performance of non-performing regions.
6) To prepare various types of MIS related to Product Management or Brand Management.
7) To formulate long term and short term strategies for new and existing products to achieve substantial growth in the market share.
8) To develop and ensure implementation of complete mechanism to launch new products.
9) To develop strategies to build up & sustain the brand position of various existing as well as potential products.
10) To devise innovative campaigns and promotional strategy for the products.
