*This Communications role would assist the Analyst Relations team and Digital Marketing team in project management covering:
Consolidation, categorization and publishing weekly/bi-weekly reports on analyst research reports to separate internal audiences, such as strategists, marketers, and sales.
* Discovery, analysis, and publishing of notable posts andanalyst citations through BANTER and public web postings (twitter, blogs, media reports) on analyst citations on collaboration industry and on Lotus & Webphere Portal families for inclusion in reports, internal presentations and newsleters
* Create and distribute internal newsletters for Analyst Relations, Social Media teams and some general communications for Lotus Marketing.
*Support creation of MOR reports
*Support PO Status updates and liaison to SWG AR Operations on contracts and deliverables execution and tracking.
*Conduct searches on analyst materials based on field and WW requests.
