• Contribute to the execution of various aspects of internal communication within the organization
• Contribute to the implementation and deployment of new communication & maintenance of current/on-going standards, processes and procedures
• Create innovative forums that facilitate employee-to-leadership and employee-to-employee communication flow
• Contribute to plan, execute and maintain communication plans
• Contribute to the development and the circulation of communication tools (eg brochures, posters, newsletters, mailers, advertisements)
• Provide support on communication issues to all business units
• Liaise with the various agencies for planning and implementation of Advertising & promotional plans - Brand Building
