2. Provide training to Endurance engineers on RLDA activities and support in reducing the cost and improving reliability of current products
3. Prepare a business case to acquire RLDA equipment at Endurance and led the efforts to institutionalize the RLDA technology across Endurance
4. Develop the test rigs based on the product specs
5. Install, calibrate, and validate the test rigs
6. Conduct the test as per DVP plan while working with design, manufacturing, and quality engineers
7. Coordinate with certification agencies such as ARAI and get the certification done as per the product requirements
8. Communicate the test results to internal and external customers while meeting the engineering specifications of the product
