Job responsibilities:
1. Achieving sales target and Ensuring profitability of the category
2. Budgeting the expenses and cutting costs.
3. Managing day-to-day operational activities of the category
4. Developing new avenues for promoting the business
5. Recruitment and Training of juniors
6. Overseeing and Monitoring Loss Prevention Program
7. Analyzing the space allocation and making alterations to the same on the basis of the findings.
8. Identifying, directing, improving and maintaining the appearance of the section with the VM team.
9. Training, inspecting, controlling, motivating, disciplining, the staff.
10. Developing and grooming employees for future roles.
11. Coordinating with the marketing department
12. Looking after the general maintenance of the section that includes electricity and other consumptions and the upkeep of the fixed assets.
13. Maintaining optimum stocks in the store warehouse and inspecting all the necessary documents for goods transport in the store.
