2. Preparation of weekly reports,
3. Analyzing the progress of the work in both quality and quantity wise. Preparing reports, monthly and item wise.
4. Resources/Cost allocation to the activities based on productivity, for cost & timely completion of project,
5. Monitoring progress of site activities with proper execution and administration.
